Bill Buddy AI ("Bill Buddy AI", "we", "us") is operated by Jemere Woods ("the Seller"). By creating an account or using the service you are entering into an agreement with the Seller.
By continuing to use Bill Buddy AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
Bill Buddy AI helps you record bills, income and budgets, and offers an AI assistant that references the data you enter. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the service.

The Seller retains all rights, title and interest in the service, including its software, branding and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your plan.
You keep ownership of the financial data you enter. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via paddle.net.
The AI assistant can be inaccurate. It is provided for general help only and is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying anything you rely on. We may filter, restrict or refuse outputs and may suspend accounts that misuse the AI features.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination you can request an export of your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
You will indemnify the Seller against claims arising from your content, unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be handled by the competent courts there.
