How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all our sales. To request a refund:

Free trials

The Premium plan includes a 1-month free trial. You will not be charged during the trial and you can cancel at any time in paddle.net before the trial ends.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.
